Another good find today:" …isms: Understanding Fashion by Mairi Mackenzie". I’ve been drooling over this book for months now. It covers five centuries of fashion movements, from Rococo to Japanese Avante Gardeism.

Rizal Hall, College of Arts and Sciences, University of the Philippines, Manila

This is a building from the university I go to. It's ancient! Good thing it survived the World War II. There was actually a legend that when the Japanese soldiers knew that they were losing, they did Harakiri on its basement. Creepy!

Anyway, today it is a place where the young national scholars forge their dreams, with some wear and tear, of course, but the future of the nation shall not falter. College is really bittersweet.

Hola! Sorry for being on hiatus for a while. I got so busy with school. Sometimes I wish I had a universal remote control so I can press fast forward to graduation day.
As soon as I graduate, I’m so gonna live like a rock star, in my own right, of course. I’d probably be working for the weekend. I’m going to Fashion Institute, do yoga, do capoeira, go to foreign language classes. I’ll buy myself a good camera and capture life as I go along. I’ll invest on books that I really like, I have a lot of catching up to do. I’ll go to as much nature trips as I can and then volunteer to build houses. And who knows, I just might see the world…
