    sooo i had to go to the hospital the other day becauuuuse APPARENTLY my body is like F-U nutrition!!! and im not getting what i need to make my body EPIC. Soooo i basically wasnt able to SHIT OR PISS -_- for days. it was horrible. I could barely sit or lay down and my belly was HUGE it was like i got prego overnight.

    Soooo days later im still wearing my bracelet as motivation to eat even MORE healthier, exercise annnd it is just a reminder that if i dont do this stuff...i will get probed by the doctors....again -_-
