happy new year everyone!
spent last night with jess, a cause de tradition, and also had to drive in the most awful fog. it was the scariest thing ever because you really couldn't see anything.
only home for four more days. many plans to be made.
there will be a lot of friends i won't see for the next six months, and that is a long time for important people.

when i'm told things like that, they blow my mind and scare the shit out of me.
today i got to see my friend who i haven't seen in a long time, and hangout with jess. and and and tomorrow @Thinkitsnotillegalyet and i are going snowboarding. STOKED.

i hope you all had a nice christmas! it didn't really feel like christmas here. something about the lack of snow, and something else. things seem to be changing.
otherwise, typical vacation stuff around here.
i took pictures for my friend today because she needs them for her music; not something i usually do, or in fact, have ever done, haha.
so today i ran an errand for my mum at target to use a coupon where i had to spend at least $50 to use this coupon, and all the stuff i got added up to $49.48. i have skills.
i had to buy gum and a soda at the register to hit over $50, so the coupon would work.
saraaren tonight, and a lot of plans for tomorrow. excited.
back home and being christmassy.
... and watching that 70s show currently.
i'm really excited for some of my favourite people in my life to come home this weekend. i haven't seen most of them in three/four months.
postscript. i got a 4.0 GPA my first term. HAPPY.

i definitely like not being home, but i miss school more than everything. everything reminds me of someone from school... who i won't see for a month.
everyone here is studying for finals and i'm SO glad to be free. WHEEEEE!
