I have been interested in acting and singing for as long as I can remember. I have had several minor roles in school productions and short films. I am currently a media student on a 2-year course at college. I am hoping to go to university after this, and/or become involved in theatre or short films.
I will join any performing arts clubs when possible. I have written several original songs which can be found on my website and blog. I began writing songs in 2002 when I was 11, and have written many since. I will be making a CD of these songs shortly. I am not a composer but I know several people who have written music. If you would like to write music for any of my original songs please feel free to contact me.
I first found out about YouTube in 2006 when I was 15. It was there where I discovered many talented singers, whether they were celebrities or basically average YouTubers showing off their musical talents. Most recently, at YouTube I discovered the singer/songwriter Scott Alan, who had worked with several singers I was familiar with such as Eden Espinosa, Tracie Thoms and Danny Calvert. I have been influenced by these and many more. Another singer who has inspired me is Idina Menzel.

I like all different kinds of music and don't really have a favourite type. But if I had to choose a favourite type, I'd say Pop or Hip Hop., I'm also a huge fan of musical theatre and some of my favourite Broadway/West End shows include RENT, Wicked, Avenue Q, The Lion King, West Side Story, Aida and Chicago to name a few (or is that a lot?). I have also become recently obsessed with the new musical Next to Normal which will be opening on Broadway soon. I hope it comes here to the West End; that's the thing with musicals, they don't always come here (still waiting for Seussical and Legally Blonde!).
