HEALTHY PUMPKIN-CHOCOLATE-CANDY CANE COOKIES.
By healthy, I mean I didn't use oil, eggs or butter.
So they're not technically healthy...but a great, low-fat alternative!
Here's my recipe:
A big can of pumpkin puree + one box of cake mix (I used Devil's Food) + crunched up candy canes (about 7). Pop 'em in an oven for about 15 -17 minutes at 350 degrees.
They have a cake-like consistency, and aren't dry. Very good! :D You can also try pumpkin + spice cake and not use the candy cane...those are also great.
