    i don't know, i just have so much to do for school, i get behind and then overwhelmed. then i have taekwondo every other night, and then i have anxiety issues that just screw with everything... ugh

    @seifnasir i kinda know how you feel with the school stuff ... i m doing my GCSEs in like 3months & i have loads of coursework to do but i get distracted stupidly easily soo i m realy behind
    & if taekwondo is getting to much or something then why dont you take a break for a while (if thats possible)

    @seifnasir, ive got a black sash in Shaolin Kungfu and Tai Chi, and ive started training in Baji Quan recently, like last year, I went to China for that training and im heading back to China to complete my training next Wednesday! im soo excited

    @seifnasir its nothing really, people here are obsessed with rank and thats all they see, i myself prefer skill over rank, but hey to each their own right, but your only one year in so it should get better with time of course, i started Shaolin and Tai Chi in 2003 up til last year and then started Baji, im so excited to go back to China I cant wait if you get a chance you definetly should go and learn something cool lol

    @seifnasir hahahaha oh man, can i give you some advice young warrior, your gonna get alot of that believe me Ive heard everything from what I cant do and what im not capable of but hey look where I am now and where im headed, keep that head up and if anyone gives you a negative comment, let it fly by, think positive!...oh yeah one more thing....this is YOUR art, just as much it is your instructors, mine and anyone else who loves this stuff, kind of a long ramble but whatev haha
