my birthday is november 18th. ummm...my last birthday was a better than expected one. it was my first one celebrated at boarding school & all my new friends tried really hard to make it an awesome birthday (: i got loads of chocolate & they had a birthday party for me (: & they took me out to dinner the next weekend (;
but. my best birthday so far has been with all my friends in hong kong :D
it was an AMAZING birthday. most of my friends were in shanghai for a school trip, so they couldnt be there. but after the birthday party, they called me from shanghai & EVERYONE talked to me one by one :')
i cried. ahaha
congratulations to the happy couple. i watched the wedding from beginning to end and cried almost all the way through it. it was the most beautiful and amazing thing i have ever seen. Kate Middleton was stunning. and so was Harry!

This weekend lasted a bit, too long... I went to Naples, Florida, for my friend Josh's (wearing red in the top picture) birthday and gig. The gig (pictured bottom right) was a battle of the bands with 15 participants. Josh's band "Born Of Dust" an indie metal band, did really well considering the horrible sound settings that the sound crew refused to change. I enjoyed their time on stage, but some of the other bands were so INCREDIBLY bad that I tried to sleep and/or listen to music on my phone during their time.
The birthday party was... Not exactly enjoyable. It started out quite nice, but as the party went on, it got really awkward and uncomfortable to the point I just hid behind a car for an hour. #sociallyawkward
Bottom picture is us leaving the party, the next day. Something I found amusing about Naples is the contrast of Pine and palm trees.
The only exclusively good thing that happened is that I got my new webcam, so now you can see the thing I call a face in better resolution, yay?...
