Since I had allergies the only thing i've been eating is beef (hence the recipe video), rice, vegetables (except tomato, which is technically a fruit but that was what the doctor prescribed), papaya, and apple.
I'm not exactly a fan of beef, except burgers of course, so I mostly only eat vegetables. It really does make a difference, you feel lighter even though you didn't lose any weight which doesn't make sense unless you try it out yourself.
QOTD: If you had to choose would you rather be a strict vegetarian or a full on carnivore?
Just this week alone I have made at least 3 birthday cakes and have also attended 2 and a baptism. January's been good ^_^ I'm hoping February would be better
