So I dunno if you've heard about the 'Rebuild of Evangelion' but I just found out about this and watched the first movie yesterday. And HOLY FREAKING CRAP.
Basically, what they are planning to do is retell the Neon Genesis Evangelion story over again in a 4-part movie series but with wayyyyy better graphics and such. They even tweaked up the story a bit. The 2nd movie just came out in Japan and the next 2 movies are supposed to hit Japan by the end this year.
If you want to think deep and all, try to relate the Evangelion series to...this alleyway? hahaha :P
I had a great weekend there whilst everyone else in my study group went to other places. In Leeds/Bradford, I met some really crazily awesome people.
CRAZY STORY: A new friend I made passed out in the corner and everyone at the place we were stayin decided to put ketchup and mayonaise on the poor kid. Well, he ended up having a seizure and started foaming at the mouth...so the ambulance came to pick him up. Sure enough, about an hour later he comes running back in his hospital gown, still ready to stay up with the rest of us.
Oh, I forgot to mention this happened while my lazy ass was asleep in some bed. haha but good story anyways, no?
From the first weekend of me being in London; somewhere near Canary Wharf.
The group I was with were looking for Body Worlds and we managed to get ourselves lost. I then proceeded to take pictures of the place where I had a good feeling I wouldn't ever come back to.
I'm trying really hard not to think of leaving this place...but it's sitting in the back of my mind.
