    Just out of the shower after another long hot day. Tomorrow I'm finally get out of this heat and headed to the coast where the high is 74!!!!!!

    It's been hot as the earth's core this past week! The high today was 110. I seriously swear that I'm melting, I've never sweated so much in my entire life. Parts of me I didn't even know could sweat have sweated! Gatorade is awesome in this heat, gotta keep hydrated!

    Finally took a shower tonight (although it was painful). As I'm taking this picture I'm being silly by sticking my tongue out (at the shower of course) and Erik (the boy) decides to nudge me and make me giggle. Silly boys ;)

About

I reside in Portland, Oregon with the boy that I love. While I've lived here a short time, I feel like I was always meant to live among the mountains and the trees. It's my favorite city I've been in thus far and no one will ever take me away from it for long. I may have been born in Florida, but my heart belongs in the North West. I've grown an exciting fondness for the outdoors. I never imagined I'd love the outdoors as much as I do. But, there's a big place in my heart for it. There's nothing like being outside near a mountain, or waterfall under the big clouds, or the moon and the stars at night. There will always be a special place in my heart for the big puffy clouds, the moon and the stars. Mt. Hood could make me smile on a day where I want to do anything but. And if I'm up to it, you'll find me hiking just about anywhere. Hiking is a new passion of mine & I try to not let my pain ruin that for me.

I'm in love with an amazing boy. A boy who stands up for me. A boy who finds joy in my over-dramatic reactions, and doing anything to make me smile or giggle. He makes me smile every single day. He protects me from people who wish to hurt me. His support and love from me saves me over and over again. His love &support helps me without him really realizing how much it does for me. Sometimes we all just need someone to ask how we are to feel better.
