JD Salinger died today. I'm very sad, he's the first author I loved who's died.
Arthur C.Clarke died January 2008, but to be honest, I didn't knew much about his life, I'm not even sure if I knew he was alive before he died.

I did know about Salinger's life and I definitely knew he was alive and where.

I own and I've read all of his books and I love every single line he's written, more or less.
