Hi, my name is Madi. and I am twenty years old. I stand five feet, five inches tall. and though it seems really far, I'm always reaching for the stars.
I live in Anchorage, Alaska with my paraplegic father and my baby brother. My father was injured in the same accident that took the life of my mother and unborn sister seven months ago. I miss them terribly.
When I was fifteen I was raped by a family friend, and ended up pregnant. I was abandoned by my so-called friends, and everyone told me to abort my baby, but my family stood by me and now four years later, I have a beautiful daughter who is the light of my life.
I try to see the brighter side of every bad situation that I get into. But i've been let down a lot. I've had myself broken into a million pieces.
