I'm still working out how i'm going to move to NYC... I have done a mound of research on jobs and apartments, but it's hard to check out places when you are not in the city. I'm going to remedy this soon, I hope, with a little bit of couch surfing,

Made me some chipotle glaze UN-chicken then put it on top of a bed of greens with corn and black bean topped with a apple cider vinegar and avocado puree dressing.
