I've been sketching out some Christian Anime for my cousin's brithday. His mom won't let him read Bleach manga any more because of the "dark spiritual themes."
My question is this:
Is this undermining my aunt's authority, or am I just doing what I can for my underprivileged cousin?
Last week my school had its annual barbeque, and I was there with @Kyle_whodunit. We were trying some of the different barbeques that the professors had prepared, and just enjoying our time playing some Scattegories under the activities tent. Anyways, Kyle got up to get some more, and he invited me to walk up to the food line with him. I decided to be wild and get the sauce entitled "Alien Hand Sauce."
What a STUPID idea. This blurb took over ten minutes to type, and I can't play major 7th chords with one hand any more. Sucks!
I've been getting some great encouragement lately, and it feels good. I like it when people comment on times when I perform, even if it is negative. Even beyond that, though, I've been getting some great words from places I wouldn't really expect it.
Makes me wish I did that sort of thing more often!
1. Hold up something that you like to eat or enjoy listening to/watching
2. Make a crazy face that doesn't look like your face
3. Talk about how hard/incredible your day has been/will be (self-deprecating humor is usually a plus)
4. Make some overarching statement about the way the world works (or just about how DailyBooth works)
5. Be attractive
