Day two of the conference. I feel inspired by the abundance of nerds that are older and more successful than me. Brilliant people dedicated to music, literature, rennfesteria and comic books, united by their craft. All wearing the classic computer scietist attire of cargo shorts and ratty t shirts sporting one meme or another. It's fabulous. Quote of the day, 'Come back in one swell foop.' Memorable yesterday quote, 'Your mouse cursor, or meat stick.'
My current point of view. The conference dining area was full up, which created a feeling not unlike having no friends to sit with in the middle school cafeteria. Upside is I'm now away from the crowd in a plush armchair next to a water fountain, and I can see trees. Best quote of the day from the speaker series, 'It's like double rainbows or kitties.' Or 'There is a mosquito trying to eat me and I am going to kill it.'
