Feb 6, 2010, Yesterday was super busy because today was the due date to turn in one of my project's blueprints. Woke up early after being working late last night, to go print the drawings and be ready to meet my client. She was sleeping at the time we were supposed to meet, so we reschedule for Monday.
I really don't like when plan changes like that. Still annoyed with the same thing, "people that just cant understand that time of others is also important, pls go away".
It was very disrespectful to me that she asked me for more renders and print the pack of drawings, made me rush, made me wake up early, made me put a side other important things I had to do, payments in hold, why? because she just wanted to sleep in. Awesome, I wanted to sleep in too.
So I got distracted from that tense moment with some cooking. My mom invited some friends (her knitting group) over for lunch and I cooked one of my fave mexican dishes: Chicken with Mole (yes google that) its DELICIOUS!!!!
Had a great day, played a lot with my nieces and my dogs, and chatted a lot with mom's friends. They're still here!

@oscarfalcon it was super delicious, it was a mix of 2 brands of mole, to make it less hot, I had fun, Im really falling in love with cooking. Yes my client is very very obnoxious and her dad too LOL (you know who) and as you said, its a done deal, so I dont have to talk to them anymore. Ill charge double if I have to do it again LOL

I hate utmost people who can't be on time, especially for business purpose and especially in the situation you had. I learned to relax and let go on the social side, if people don't show up on time, I just carry on business as usual.. but for work, I think it is VERY rude... I am more of a Shakspeare agreement on that:
"better three hours too soon than a minute too late".

I am glad you managed to have a supa day! I had a great Saturday too (aka last booth) and today was my lunch at my friend's and it was awesome, we had leftover but plentiful.... roast, tahitian coconut fish salad, opera cakes and more :) nom nom nom

@perfectlyhappy Indeed! I had a great time with the family and mom's friends, laughed a lot and had a pleasant evening by myself yay!

@Fanchy OHHH HERE HERE my friend! I hate that too, but had to be more relaxed about it or I'd loose my stomach haha, but for work.. well I always try to be early. Hate to wait too though, so.. I have to eat my chill pill. OHH quesadillas with mole that is awesome, I had chicken with mole and white rice, mix that in a taco OHH MY! (that's what I had for dinner earlier haah) OHH your lunch sounds awesome!!!! never had coconut fish salad or opera cakes, gotta try them sooN! thanks dear mwah!
