Feb 4, 2010. Crazy busy day, was super cranky, still am, ugh.. sorry! Been working a lot, by trying to calm down ended up finding great inspiration and did some designs.. yay!!! Hope your day was cool, sorry for havent been around lately, but with the bunch of work I did today, I'll be so much relaxed this weekend and will have time to catch up with you. Big hugs to all!!!
Q. What do you when you are crazy mad? yes yes, besides throwing things, scream and kick stuff, what do you to calm down?
I had to go outside for a while, and watch the dogs bark at the neighbor's dogs, it was cute they made me laugh and forgot I was mad.. well plus work.. ya know?

    OMG, Beautiful Photo! Feel better Love, remember nothing should bring you down.

    I like to disconnect when I feel the pressure rising, I mean no phones, computers, people, etc, I go out for walks, on drives or to the mountains.

    Sorry to hear you didn't have a nice day. ((big hugs)) =(
    I usually cry when I get furiously mad. I know that's childish, but I just get so full of emotion that it comes out as tears. I usually go for a walk or go where I can be alone just to calm down. Sometimes even taking a shower helps me relax.
    BTW, you look gorgeous!

    yes, I know the feeling, that dog thing is good! I do about the same, I need to go to the open air and preferably drive away, it helps sooths the stress and anger, perfect cure :)

    Sorry to hear that you are having a rough time dear, I get cranky all the time with work.
    I take a long break! that is the trick. Walk around, or watch tv or just go to bed and relax for a while.

    When I'm cranky I take a nap and then a hot shower. Helps calm down my brain!

    Sorry to hear that your mood/spirits were low. As you know, I'm constantly working on bringing mine up. I'm a work in progress, hehe!

    What do I do when I get crazy mad? I get real quiet and walk away from the situation in order to calm down. That's my defense mechanism because, if Im not allowed to do that and I keep getting pushed and prodded, I blow up/scream/rage. It's not pretty. I have a handle on it where I don't throw things (much!) and I do NOT hurt people. That's the last thing I ever want to do.

    @chrisw357 you sound like you control yourself, I scream in rage too, but I do throw things that I know they wont break HAHA like pillows and stuff like that because Ill regret it later if I have to clean up or throw away something I broke. Its a very smart way to go, walk away and shush, then when you are calmed down, you can talk things out like mature people, great!!!!!!!

    SHOPPING..lol..I'm such a girl...

    Sometimes I just have to leave the house and go for a long drive..that usually helps me calm down.
