I got this bottle of Frijj milkshake while I was out today, and it recommends on the bottle that you try it hot, by zapping it in the microwave.
So what does Liam the caffeine-addict do? Gets inspired by something @jon did last week, and heats it and mixes it with COFFEE? Yes. Let's make it happen.

Well, technically I got them myself, but from an Amazon gift certificate I got for Christmas :P

It's a 500GB external hard-drive (which solves any future video woes!) and a 4-port USB man who, if you look hard enough you'll notice, is smiling. =P
..I might paint him to look Na'Vi, since they basically had a natural USB plug coming out the back of their heads too. xD

Oh, and in light of new Apple-related developments today, I should point out that both of these things are probably more useful than an giant overpriced iPod Touch with a silly name. Wouldn't you agree? :)

So while down in Leeds, we used Laurence for pretty much all the behind the scenes filming etc, and now I've got to send all the video files on to be edited.

Trouble is, at least 75% of the footage was filmed in Full HD, as in 1920x1080. That shit takes up a lot of memory; I'm looking at over 20GB worth of video DD:

Any suggestions on how to send it, apart from do it all in tiny chunks?...

*I should clarify that Laurence has an internal memory of 16GB. So unless can trust Royal Mail with a brand-new £400 camera (which I can't) then posting it isn't an option :S*

So maybe I didn't spend the whole time fighting... :P

I'm back from Leeds now; I passed my Fight Test on Friday, giving me a "Basic BASSC Actor Combatant Certificate in Unarmed Combat and Rapier/Dagger"!
Not to mention I managed to submit my UCAS application a day early *smug*

Hopefully normal service will resume now, I've kinda missed the Internetz <3

Blimey, what a week!

I've been doing 8 hours of stage combat classes every day. It's been a lot of fun and I've learned so much! We've been doing basic unarmed combat as well as fighting with a rapier sword and dagger, and at the end of this week I have to do a fight scene as an exam to get my certificate.
Remembering all the moves as well as the lines is going to be tough, especially with the added weight of having to finish my UCAS application on time (it got extended by a week but I'm accidentally still pushing it) :S

Also, I should mention it's all for a new webseries I'm appearing in, titled "Primary Faction"- more info on my blog! =)
