    I have been soooo busy! Sunday I went iceskating with @jorine which was loads of fun! I didn't skate in 10 years! But it was a lot of fun. I still have some footage (first pic is a still from the vid because the pic we took was too dark) AND I started my internship this week which has been overwhelming. It's a lot of work but I think it's going be really cool :D

    This is kind of an excuse booth. I haven't boothed in a week! I've been soooo busy with school, had some shit at work and I've been somewhat sick. :( BUT This is my paper that's due Friday but I've just finished it. I made the frontpage myself but it's a picture from a stock site. The lightning is crappy but I'm content with the results in real life.. SO what've you been up to DB?

    I've been busy these last two days.This monday I was in the audience of a Dutch television show called Pauw en Witteman. You don't see a lot of me but it was a fun experience. Tonight its time for the football match Ajax-Feyenoord. I'm a big Feyenoord fan but we're not doing so well so I'm hoping we don't go down like we did against PSV (10-0) ahh a girl can hope ...

    Bought this new cup today! I just love it! The subject in the picture is "Siepie" the cat from "Jip & Janneke". Two characters from a series of children's books every Dutch person has read. I always think my life is complicated so I figured I deserved a reminder ;) I'm going to use it when I'll be an intern in February.. I'm excited!

    For me life is about the little things. I love details. My day can be influenced because of those little things. My favourite jeans, sale at paperchase or a funny moment when I'm on my way.

    Oh and I'm one heck of a daydreamer, you could almost say I've got a second life just in my head. So yay to daydreams, jeans and surprises.

    I don't like it when everyone's busy doing things while I'm back home bored. I tend to text/message everyone I know might respond but it won't be enough. I want specific people to respond to my message but if they don't I feel bad. I also tend to think people are mad at me or I said something they didn't like when they don't respond right away. I never let them know about my ridiculous thoughts because I know they're unnecessary, because 99/100 times they were just busy.

    I'm probably a control freak. ALSO I want it to be summer again. I'm done with this weather. I want to be able to walk around in a t-shirt and a skirt.. I want to wear sunglasses and be tanned... (I know summer in Holland does not guarantee any of these)

    I want my freckles back :(

    FINALLY It's here! The terrific(ally bad) 'first' vlog! The info: The second day of the new year Jorine and I went to see our friend Joe, an ice-skater at Holiday on Ice, after we met on the bus from England. It was his last day in Holland so we were lucky enough to catch him and watch the show. This vlog shows some footage of him dancing a solo to the music of Do (Heaven). Jorine has more footage than me so I've decided to put in the mess-ups and the craziness.... ;) Oh and don't mind our eyes in the second bit because we were really tired ;)

    I've come to realise I've got a new addiction: nailpolish. I'm the kinda girl that never used to wear nailpolish because it takes too much time to get it right, it's never perfect and I just didn't think it was my 'thing'. But this summer I got my orange nailpolish I had lying around for the World Cup. I liked it so when I came across a sale for nailpolish (3 for 2) I bought some colours. As always I tend to over do things and I got brown, blue, dark red, light red, purple, pink, green, and grey. The last 4 weeks my nails haven't been normal at all, I've even had Christmas nails (red & green). Am I overreacting? ;)

    I'm not all better yet so don't mind my face ;) My parents are the ones with the real cold/flu they have been sick all weekend while I got to go out and still feel quite OK... Whoops...

    This is the plush version of the common cold bacteria. The real version of this bacteria is the reason there's no normal picture of me today. I look like crap. I'm a combination between a zombie, a vampire and a demon. Not pretty at all. But! I've had a lot of fruit and veggies so I hope I'll be OK soon ;) I do love these microbe plushes.. I want one but I can't decide on which one :(
