Everyday this month I'll post something I'm thankful for. This is yeseterday's:
November 1, 2010: I'm thankful for my dad. I'm thankful for his great remodeling abilities (he's laying new floors in my house), but mostly I'm just thankful for him being such a wonderful dad.
I've been busy!! Busy watching my dad rip out our old carpet, grind down our old tile (and create inches of dust throughout my house. literally), busy with school and busy....crafting?!
That's right. I opened an Etsy shop. It's still in it's beginning stages, but feel free to jump over there and take a gander at my attempt to create. :)
Hundreds of US flags outside a local elementary school commemorating 9/11 and First Responder's Day. What a beautiful tribute and reminder to keep these people and their families in your prayers.
Where were you when you found out about the terrorist attacks? How old were you on 9/11/01?

I'm in Neuroscience right now (neuroanatomy, neuropharmacology, neurophysiology, etc.) and it's tough! I promise to post wayyy more, though. I miss y'all!!
Found this tarantula in our street today, about 2 houses up. Welcome to West Texas. It better be glad it wasn't on my property, anything with 8 legs around my house gets Raid-ed.
