    Waiting for the other half to wake up. i think they should just start a sister site called ocaisionalbooth or Monthlybooth for folks like me who really don't do Dailybooth justice.

    Although Monthlybooth sounds like a site dedicate to girls having their periods... ewwwwww. Nevermind bout that name. :P

    Still the same old shit as usual. Of course, my saxophone has been delayed yet again. :-/

    I guess on the bright side, the longer it gets delayed, the more money I'll have to pay for it and the engraving job I want done on it. But I want to get started playing again, dammit!
    I was hoping to have it before the end of the school year around June 2nd. but that's not looking likely. Now I'm to the point that I'll be happy if I can get it before the third anniversary of my stroke (July 28th).

    Got mah hurr cut on Friday, that always makes me a little happier not worrying about my hair going every-which way for a week or so.

    Though I'm still desperately wanting to dye my hair again. it's almost been a year... so it's time.

    Yikes.. just realized it's been like a month since my last booth.

    All-in-all, not much has been going on... Same shit different day kinda thing.

    My partner was up for a job that would have meant moving to Virginia... (Washington D.C area) He found out he didn't get the job. In a way it's a slight releif, knowing we're not going to have to go through the hassle of trying to sell the house and move. It also eans I won't have to leave my sole student. He's not the most naturally gifted kid ever.. but he's been an incredibly dedicated student and a seriously hard worker. Which is more than I can say about the majority of students I've had over the years.

    We were rather bummed about not getting the job because the pay was great, it would have meant he'd have benefits, paid vacations/holidays, and a job he didn't dread going to every day.

    I was also hoping for the job because the community we would have been moving to is seriously under served in the area of private lesson teachers and it would have been a fresh start for me to begin rebuilding my studio with little or no competition from fully able-bodied dedicated saxophonists.

    Oh well.. Maybe something else will come along.

    Still waiting on my saxophone... Now sounds like it will be late May before I can pick it up. :-/

    Hi peeps. Sorry it's been a month since my last booth. Have had alot on my mind. My saxophone should be finished in a little bit over a month!!! Been busy making plans to take a trip up to Nebraska to pick it up in person, rather than risk having it damaged/lost by UPS or FedEx. That's been occupying my mind and time mist lately; along with some DB jerks.

    Hey guise!. Kinda chilly today... not as bad as it has been.. but still the kind of weather that makes me want to crawl back under the blanket for the afternoon.. :-)

    Wow, I never thought I'd get that high in followers... of course I think most of those are people following me back for following them. Something on the order of 80% or so.

    but that's cool too! :-)

    And, HOORAY!! It looks like they've lifted the restriction on only being abe to follow 2000 peeps finally! I wonder what the new limit is then? Will I have to go back to unfollowing people when I hit 2010 or something?

    CRAP it looks like 2001 is now the limit. BOO! got my hopes up there. :-(
