A new smile and a new hat! I found a treasure!

Today, I was strolling around Tel-Aviv with my mom and our friend. "Girls' morn out"? Could say so! We passed by some stores, and found this awesome hat in one of them. Fits me, doesn't it? :)

Later on, we went to my dentist's clinique and my braces were officially taken off! I'm so happy! (Well, that was until I had to go with the girls to an Indian restaurant and see them eating, when I'm unable to do so, today. And by that I mean unable to eat for two hours (Which have passed) and unable to eat...normal food, until Sunday, or so. Bummer? I think so!)

    How was your day?

Hey, everyone! Sorry I haven't been boothing for so long! I've been quite busy, lately. One of the things that got me that busy lately (And was definitely worth it!) was a tribute I've made with my friends about a group of actors we really appreciate, called Team StarKid.

I'd love it, if you'll check them and our tribute out! :)

I'm so happy I tripled myself! Actually, I'm (Finally) working on a parody (That I delayed for a very long time). Can anyone guess what is it about?

    I'm quite thoughtful lately.
    ~ ~ ~
I dreamed an odd dream last night. You can read all about it here: http://kamea36912.tumblr.com/post/4714945651/dreams

Also, I think about printing a Darren Criss / StarKid poster/s and hang them on my wall, to praise my new joy and the group I adore so much!
    ~ ~ ~
Today, as any Jew would, I've been present on the family Seder. The "Seder" is a feast Jews throw on Passover, where we read about the Jews getting out of Egypt and moving to Israel, praising God (I'm an Agnost, though), singing songs, eating Kosher food and just a great opportunity to hang out with the family.

This year's Seder was the funniest one I've ever participated in! Let's just say my family is gifted with Shane Dawson-like sense of humor. We didn't stop laughing today! It never happened before!

    #Q x 4:
    1. What's the latest dream you remember dreaming?
    2. Should I print a DCriss / StarKid poster? (Oh, the dilemmas!)
    3. What's your favorite holiday? Why?
    4. Do you want me to return to the long descriptions, or keep it nice, short and clean; and leave my stories for my Tumblr page?

Yo, homedogs! K-Swizzle's in the house!

Like it? That was my costume for Purim (The Jewish version of Halloween. However, instead of knocking on people's doors, asking for candy, we trade candy with each other. Mine were in my boombox! ;D We call the whole package with the candy "Mishloach Manot".)

For some reason, I have an almost irresistable urge to use this one in a video or a few. I might start looking for a good time for it in a few weeks.
    - - -
I've been extremely depressed and pissed off on the last weeks, from various reasons:
    1. Family
    2. Friends
    3. Failures
    4. General depressions

However, there was one thing that managed to cheer me up:
It's a musical I discovered three weeks ago, called "A Very Potter Musical".
Have you guys ever heard about it?

"A Very Potter Musical" is basically a parody of the whole Harry Potter series. The creators of the musical are three extremely talented guys: Matt Lang, Nick Lang (Yes, they're brothers) and Brian Holden. (When A.J Holmes and Darren Criss [Blaine from Glee / Harry Potter] wrote the music)
They all studied together at the U-M, along with the amazing cast of the musical.

    - - -

The people who actually managed to cheer me up, of the whole cast, have one thing in common: Their first name.

While rewatching the musical yesterday, I realized a few things:

1.Joseph (Joe) Walker (Voldemort / Umbridge, in the musical's sequel) is one of the most talented actors I've ever seen. He could make me feel terrified, cheered up, sad / worried AND in love / think he's handsome, all on THE SAME TIME. No actor managed to do that before! Not even Shane Dawson (Who's my hero / all-time-favorite actor / idol)!

    2. Through the musical, I looked carefully and measured each character. I discovered a side I never knew existed in the villian I loathed for so many years. It made me fall in love with Voldemort. Or actually, Walkermort would be more accurate. I still am not a fond of Voldemort, but Walker's version of him got me.

    3. I've never been a hugh fond of gay scenes / gay action before watching that musical. All the gay scenes I saw before were normally uninteresting for me, or making me jealous (Rarely). When I watched the 'hidden' bromance that developed between Voldy and Quirrell (Brian Rosenthal), I couldn't help but wishing they'll just kiss already! I found it extremely adorable, and wanted to see more!
That bromance led me to write a fanfic about it. I am now in chapter 4!

    4. (THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE!) While watching the musical, I've managed to see glimpses of the actors, behind the characters.
However, it wasn't ALL the actors (And I checked). The case appealed only to three actors: Joseph (Joe) Moses [Snape], Joseph (Joe) Walker [Voldemort] and Joseph (Joey) Richter [Ron]!
I find it quite odd it happened only to the people who're named Joseph!

However, seeing THEM behind the characters made me attracted (to) and even more interested in the musical. I find it good to see actors fully connecting to their characters while performing, but I find it AMAZING to see a glimpse of the actual actor that's behind the character.

It gives you the feeling he says "Hey, relax. I'm here, I'm an actor and I'm a human being, just like you. You don't need to be worried, it's just a show. Nobody really gets hurt or demaged in any way, even if it looks like they do. I promise, everything's okay, even if it doesn't seem so."

The earliest glimpse I caught was Richter's, on the scene he tells Harry (Darren Criss) he's his best friend. I looked in his eyes, and I believed him. Suddenly, the ginger wig and blue headband were gone, and I saw Joey Richter just standing in front of me, thinking about his best friend (I don't know if it really is Darren, but he seemed so honest, I could easily believe him).

Half a minute or so later, Moses came, shouting "What the devil in going on in heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere?". He raised his hands up while saying the sentence, and then he smiled. He put them down, and it was no longer Snape I was looking at. Again, the wig was gone. It was just Joe Moses in a black robe, standing there and smiling. Then he said "Deja Vu" and apologized. He wasn't trying to hide his actual self.

As much as he could've just acted it out, and as much as according to a lot of people he did a hugh mistake by apologizing onstage, it felt so right. It felt like it was supposed to happen! That glimpse I saw of HIM, behind Snape, just made the show better. It made me smile, and look even closer.

In the end, Walker had a monologue in front of Quirrell (Brian Rosenthal), who listened to him. At one point he smiled, and the look in his eyes was fully sencire. Then, all the make-up and hair settings were gone, in my eyes. I just saw Joe Walker sitting there, smiling to himself as he remembers a particular nice thought or memory.

He was extremely handsome at that moment. That was the moment I just stopped caring about his phenomenal abs and magnificent muscles. I just looked into his beautiful blue eyes, seeing an amazing man. I wanted to hug him at that moment.

Another thing I found quite weird was the fact I saw them as themselves on the exact same way - the wig / hair settings were gone, along with the makeup. They faded away, until there was just a wonderful young Joseph on the stage. I could look at those three sights for an extremely long time, and still enjoy them.

Sure, the characters in any production interest me, but the actors behind them interest me as much. When a little glimpse of the actor just slips out for a few seconds, I sometimes can't help but squealing. Yes, I find it that amazing,

Now, I officially am a member and a serious fan of Team StarKid. They are the "People of my (two) week(s)", now, since they're the only ones who managed to cheer me up, and forget my troubles for a while. For that, I want to thank each and every one of them.

Thank you, Team StarKid, for bringing me quite a big part of my happiness and joy back. I really appreciate it! Also, I'm not the only one. A lot of other StarKid fans admitted you guys cheered them up, as well. Thanks for bringing happiness, joy and bliss to the StarKid community. Also, thank you for always being there for us and being so humble, nice and giving. Each and every StarKid fan appreciates it (I know they do!).

May you never stop surprising (Positively, of course!), and the amazing productions won't stop coming!! ♥
