    On January 20th we OCCUPIED the courts...

    We, the People of the United States of America, reject the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling, and move to amend our Constitution to firmly establish that money is not speech, and that human beings, not corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights.

    Dr. Cornel West & Tavis Smiley came to Florida
    to promote The Poverty Tour...
    50 million Americans now living in poverty,
    “The Poverty Tour: A Call to Conscience” was their
    Topic @ the University of Florida...
    But in the afternoon...Brother Cornel brought it to
    Bo Diddley Plaza...The plaza was packed.Energy
    was bright. After some insightful words from Dr.Cornel West,
    He marched with us to the Federal court house opposing this...

    On January 21, 2010, with its ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, the Supreme Court ruled once again that corporations are persons, entitled by the U.S. Constitution to buy elections and run our government. Human beings are people; corporations are legal fictions.

    An hour into daylight...
    This has been my home the past ten days...
    In SOLIDARITY with NEW YORK OCCUPY WALL ST.
    Here is a shot @ Bo Diddley Plaza..where his son
    was arrested while exercising his first amendment.

    He said to the police...

    I would never come into a park named after my father and break the law.

    Then he was cuffed and escorted away.

    Many days learning a true democratic process sharing in voice.
    Learning GREAT communication skills...
    Becoming a little more sensitive,caring,proposing...

    This is a very interesting time.

    I haven't been on in a long time...
    Work has been a challenge.
    My daughter is in first year college...
    May be feeling I have abandon her,
    As we live together. I have not.
    This is an important time in ALL OF OUR HISTORY.
    I believe this will be that of the magnitude
    of Vietnam & the Civil rights movement all rolled into one.
    Intense times,community is key.
    Communication is essential.
    Peace is the way.
    Much LOVE to you ALL.
