This week I have begun to get more motivation about myself. I done running, working out using this exercise dvd, eating healthy, drinking more water, no alcohol, going to sleep at a better time and doing more positive things to make myself happier.
I've lost two pound and I'm hoping that this carries on.

Focus for the summer: Gain back my confidence.
I'm sick of being terrified to go into town with my boyfriend in case I break down because I feel like shit.
This is the first step to feeling better.
