Change

I've always believed that if you don't enjoy how your life is going, you should change it. Seek out new experiences. Try things that you have never done before. You can start small: try a new dish. Change can be good.

A few weeks ago, winter was clinging desperately to the ground. Now, the trees are budding and the days are getting warm enough that I can catch myself out on the balcony barefooted. Change can be very good.

A few weeks ago, this little one was a hope and a prayer. Now he is a pride and joy. Change can be wonderful.

Dang It!!

I kinda blew it today...it is a day of fast and abstinence for cradle Catholic Christians, being GOOD FRIDAY and all...

Supposed to abstain from MEAT and right in the middle of my big juicy double MEAT WHATABURGER, I SUDDENLY REMEMBERED that I was not supposed to eat MEAT today!!! OMG!! But it is worse to waste good food so I ate it anyway....

THENNNN I get home and find this nice little travel cup of OREO BITE SIZE COOKIES!!!! Forgot AGAIN!!
Breaking the fast rule thingy!!!! OMG #2 !!!

Oh well, going to HELL I guess.
