Exercise results! Not as good as usual because school is almost over and it's hard exercising with tons of homework :-/

Like my 2011 resolution, which I completed successfully, I have made a deal with myself to exercise 5-7 days a week. I also want to eat healthier, even though I think my regular diet isn’t that unhealthy. In 2011, I went 619 miles, exercised a total of 1,860.4 hours and exercised 296 days.
Every Saturday or Sunday I'll give the exercise results on Dailybooth (usually I skip Saturdays exercising because I want to give my body a break and so I don‘t get sick of exercising…I want to make that my day off…sometimes.)
Usually, I run on the tread mill or jog outside and weight lift, but I sometimes do other stuff…but always afterwards I stretch/push ups (extra 5-15 minutes).
I will also post an update vlog the last Friday of every month (on YouTube.com/iHHCrazyHorse).
Things with * around it means not counted in total time.

What I did-
SAT: Walked 2 mile for 30 minutes.
SUN:
MON: Jogged 3 miles for 30 minutes, weight lifting for 10 minutes, stretch for 5 minutes, total time 45 minutes.
TUES: Jogged 2 miles for 20 minutes, weight lifting for 5 minutes, stretch for 5 minutes, total time 30 minutes.
WED: Jogged 2 miles for 20 minutes, weight lifting for 5 minutes, stretch for 5 minutes, total time 30 minutes.
THURS: Jogged 2 miles for 20 minutes, weight lifting for 5 minutes, stretch for 5 minutes, total time 30 minutes.
FRI: Jogged 2 miles for 20 minutes, weight lifting for 5 minutes, stretch for 5 minutes, total time 30 minutes.
Number of days exercised this week: 6 days
Total Exercising Time This Week: 195 min
Miles Ran/Walk this Week (On Treadmill/Jogging): 13 mi

TUES: Jogged 4 miles for 50 minutes, weight lifting for 5 minutes, stretch for 5 minutes, total time 60 minutes.
WED: Jogged 2 miles for 20 minutes, weight lifting for 10 minutes, stretch for 5 minutes, total time 35 minutes.
THURS: Jogged 2 miles for 20 minutes, weight lifting for 5 minutes, stretch for 5 minutes, total time 30 minutes.
FRI: Walked 2 miles for 30 minutes, played tennis for 40 minutes, total time 70 minutes.
Number of days exercised this week: 6 days
Total Exercising Time This Week: 265 min
