An on-ride photo from Mean Streak that I bought at Cedar Point. I couldn't resist. Brittani looks so terrified and just so... awful. She's already threatened me with death and disowning if I show her boyfriend, but I'm making sure EVERYONE else sees it and gets a chuckle.
In case you're wondering what about the Mean Streak could terrify someone so, there's a part on the ride where you go around a corner and it looks like you're gonna straight up smack into a wooden beam. She obviously thought this danger was very real. And grabbed me like a rabid squirrel.
This is how we have fun in Michiana. We have bonfires on Friday nights and get drunk. Then we go down this slide repeatedly and wake up the next morning with bruises all over. #goodtimes
If I put this on, people would be rude and say I'm always half-naked, so I'll refrain.
But this, boys and girls, is the basics of my costume for my upcoming luau party. I'm also planning on doing a Polynesian-style temporary tattoo across my back and perhaps also one on my upper right hip. Its gonna be awesome.
I know a few of the people that I invited are really getting into the whole costume thing too so I can't be shown up by my guests! It's gotta be perfect! :) Regardless of whose costume is best, though, I'm super excited because I know its gonna be a blast.
I've already decided on the jello shot recipe I'm gonna use, as well as what we'll have in our jungle juice.
I've got most of the necessary decorations. Snacks are planned.
...The only bad news is that its not til June 15, so I have to wait a while... lol
I went to Cedar Point with some of my best friends and we had a great time!
Unfortunately, 2 of said friends didn't make it into this picture, but this is me, my beautiful cousin Brittani, my good friend David, and his little sister Angelica. :)
In the morning, my hair is a bit messy and I look a bit silly, as you can see.
But today is Friday and it's gonna be a busy day at work, so I think it'll be a good day. As long as 5:30 gets here quick, it'll be all good. And I think I'll end up with overtime this week, which is good since I'm spendin' money like I got it XD
