My custom hula hoop just arrived in the mail...FUCKIN A. It's collapsible so I can easily travel with it. Can't wait to practice once I fly back to Nova Scotia. I can't wait till I'm good enough to belly dance with it and perhaps get one that lights on fire ;)
Finally got Shape-ups after almost a year of deliberating. I felt like I was walking 100x faster than I normally do. I also figured it might help with my knee problem...They commmffffyyy.. which isn't normally the case for me with new shoes. A cute Chinese woman was also trying on one of the 1000 varieties of Shape-ups and was so disgruntled and said "I don't like the black ones...too depressing...." and "Omg look it makes my foot deformed.. look... feel my foot!" Heeee.
Yay, I lucked out! The postcards I ordered showing some of my work arrived today.. a day before my Portfolio Review where I'll be speaking with three people from the photography/film industry! Scary, but very cool.
<__> went to the dentist today to get some antibiotics for my infected molar and the dentist was like "HAY LET's JUST PULL IT OUT, KAY??"
Me: What the hell! O_O
Dentist: YAY needle time
And now I'm back at home with a frozen mouth and puffy face. :p It's my first tooth extraction, and I must say, aside from being initially nervous because I wasn't expecting it, it wasn't bad at all. Have any of you guys gotten any teeth pulled?
