Went to the Flea Market on Sunday. Poor turnout because of all the snow but I got a few things. A Limoges porcelain plate for my mom. Some old black and white photos for a friend. And weird buttons for another friend who is getting into clothing design.

I tried to breath on the glass to show you all the pretty hearts I drew but my room is so warm (for once) that they only lasted a second or two.

Last week we had to put one of my ween dogs down :( I got her when I was 7. Her name is Jasmine. Can you tell I was young based on her name haha. Anyhow - she was a old dog (im 22 now) and it was her time but Im still sad - especially since I wasnt home to say goodbye to her.
Had a big Thanksgiving dinner with like 20 friends yesterday. Pretty nice to have that familiar event happen even if it was a few days late and so far away from home. My friends who hosted the party live in this old hospital building. It's totally strange - there are still examination beds and bottles of stuff and bandages in the unused rooms. Kinda creepy but cool too.
I wasnt ready for this picture to be taken - can you tell?! This was in Villefranche during the Beaujolais Nouveau festival this past weekend. These guys were dressed as grapes - which I totally didn't get until someone told me afterwards. They took the picture and as we were walking away I was like..."What kind of monsters were they supposed to be?" and my friend Alex just laughed and said "Grapes."

Bought a new dress with pockets. Love pockets! I never know where to put my hands without them so I end up crossing my arms and looking defensive and unfriendly :(
Got a package in the mail from my friend Pang of Pretty Little Fings - she sent me this awesome broach she bought in Seattle made by Krtisten Rask of Shmancy. She knows how much I love eggs! Im always afraid to wear broaches though - afraid I will ruin them - especially delicate hand sewn ones like this.
