Ever wanted something so badly that you spent years searching for this one thing?

Well I have. I have wanted a pair of vintage brown leather oxfords for two years. Honestly I am always hoping to find them, but in all this time I had given up on the possibility of finding an actual pair in my size.

Yesterday it happened. I found a pair of vintage Etienne Aigner brown leather oxfords for $2.Most likely from the 70's from what research information I could find (how perfect!) and fit my feet like a glove. I doubt they will leave my feet for quite a while.

The shoes I have been lusting after for months from Urban Outfitters. And now I finally own them after finding them on clearance for $7 while in Asheville.

While feeling so "me" today, i stumbled upon this wool hat that I felt was a part of me and that I must own it. Tag $20, I smoothed my way to a cool $5. I love antique stores, but they have the same syndrome that vintage stores have. Just because you found it for me and know what it is, where it came from, and what year it's from doesn't mean you can charge me outrageous amounts of money!

My favorite part is when the price from the yard sale or thrift store that they found it in is still on the item. Like the cast iron owl I wanted. It had a $1 fading on the bottom. Antique store wanted $45.

Haven't boothed via cell phone in ages.

Anyways, went shopping for things I don't need and I found this...this amazing beauty! Thank you Ross for providing me with Forever 21 clothing since I don't a Forever 21. This pastel pink & cream lace number was only $10!

In two days it will be 74 degrees and this will be in on my body!

I spent Valentines Day with my lover, dressed in thrifted clothing from head to toe, feeling like Audry Hepburn, eating pizza and beer, and laughing and dancing on the way home to bad music with my best friend.

There is nothing more I could want.

Yarn sale...not so good for me.

Besides spending too much money at the yarn sale; i did finish my Valentine's day outfit and found a pair of jeans that actually fits me like a glove.

In my defense how can you turn down $4 one pound bags of mixed matched cotton yarn?
