It's finally dawning on me... Tomorrow is my very last day at the company I've worked fulltime for since 1st March 2007. Feeling a little strange, though it's for the best that I move on. Regaining my sanity (or at least a fraction of it) is what I'm really looking forward to.
Physio trip #2: Arm strapped so the tendons work differently and don't get so stressed when trying to make my ligaments work. I have to wear this tape for two days. Wheeeeeeeee.
In other news, I'm down to a size 14 in pants \\o/ Size 12 by Christmas? I hope so.
Went to the physio yesterday! I have hypermobility pretty much everywhere in my body, and sometimes it takes its toll. This time it was my wrist that was being a jerk. The therapist Kathryn was all kinds of awesome, and said that I could still pursue roller derby if I wanted, despite my ridiculous ligaments. So if you need a physio in the city, go to Viva Physiotherapy (in Flinders Lane... google it :D). I highly recommend them!
Anyway. I didn't go back to work, and hung out at home for the rest of the afternoon. Here's myself and Teddy, who looked so cute, I couldn't resist this photo op :)
The circles under my eyes are testament to how much I HAVEN'T slept lately. Finally starting to catch up with me, ugh.
Today someone told me I look like Alice Cullen with my new fringe cut. I find this of a complimentary nature, since not all Twilight fans are retarded. (only most that can't see it for what it is; mindless trash, but good to lose yourself in.)
Tim McArtney had a good gig tonight at Wesley Anne. I'm glad to have him as a mate. <3
SOUNDWAVE WAS EFFING RAD. And Aquabats, then Amanda Palmer at the Forum afterward were my highlights of the day.
I managed to be the only one to acquire an Aquabats setlist, which made me so happy! It's their first ever Aussie tour/visit thingy, and the band have been together for 15 years! I loved how all of us were "kids", according to MC Bat Commander.
