When I first read this, I thought it said, "John got me a lightning kit for Christmas...", to which I thought that you were holding a giant kite, with which you were going to repeat @BennyFranklin 's near-fatal experiment. And I was all like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DON'T DO IT YOU WILL PROBABLY DIE and then I considered Brohood Deuce without you.

I'm not gonna lie - I cried a bit.

...okay, so I just lied twice; I didn't cry. But I was highly upset at the prospect of there being no more @hankgreen .

Please do not repeat dangerous historical experiments.

Hank, I don't think that John has a lighting kit himself (though you've seen his place and I, as a stranger on the internet, haven't [yet... #notacreeper]. Plus those things are not cheap, so it was a really nice Christmas present.

My parents got me a USB condenser mic setup, so I think audio visual quality on the internet just went up two points between us.
