My sister has had a baby boy so I've bought him a book to set him on the right path :)

I hope he likes it. That is, when he gets to the age when he can lift the weighty tome off the shelves and look though it and maybe read it a bit.

When I was his age I got a hardback copy of Wind in the Willows which I didn't read until I was 11. What did you guys get for your 0th birthday?

That's a pretty amazing book to have. I got a mickey mouse doll which I still have.

    I don't recall.

I did have a Bugs Bunny book that I enjoyed that I no longer have.

That looks like an interesting book.

I honestly don't know. But books are an excellent gift for anyone. My nan bought all six of her grandchildren the complete Beatrix Potter set over the years, supplying us all with a new one every few months.
