Here is how they can fix that...

Repeat each vowel (a-e-i-o-u) out loud for three minutes a few times a day.

Place the tip of your tongue behind your top front teeth. Slide your tongue backwards for 3 minutes a day.

Close your mouth and purse your lips. Hold for 30 seconds.
With mouth open, move jaw to the right and hold for 30 seconds.
Repeat on left side.

With mouth open, contract the muscle at the back of your throat repeatedly for 30 seconds. Tip: Look in the mirror to see the uvula (“the hanging ball”) move up and down.

My lips are so chapped!! they are just raw. I have been working on homework, watching the news (which is super sad today) and excited to see the new skins episode tonight. I am unsure how I feel about the new character SPOILER ALERT after they killed off such a good one!!!

People don't get it because I do not expect them too.
Each day is a battle for me it is never easy, nothing ever is. Staying alive is a gift I am blessed with each day. I am not sick, so I have no right to die, but know it is not easy. Being judged but casting no judgement. I accept too many people while they quickly brush me off. It is a miracle I crawl out of my bed each day, it is a miracle I find the courage to stay! do people get that though? no. And that is what I need. I never let anything fool me, that it is close enough to reach. My life is less than simple and I seem to be just less. I make sense only to myself? maybe. I have been the only constant in my life. How messed up is that? Everyone around me constantly changing, constantly leaving, I wish I could knock myself off the axis and reform. I want to swear but I am better than that. right? I have to be.

All I want is my happy middle of the story not this junky one I have.

Nothing is ever fair.
