It would seem that that wall paper has too much detail on it, it draws too much attention. I wouldn't have thought it be good for the dynamics of a dinning room.

As for the temperature up to 25°C is perfect, above it is very warm, and 30°C is hot. Ignore @Paranoidmarvin his thermostat is broken... to him 10°C is hot... probably even 5...
