(Apologies for yet another lack of updates. Matty was in town over the weekend, we won $50 on my first scratch off, saw Megamind, went to dinner Nakashima of Japan, went to his cousin Hudson's first birthday party, went to dinner at Tony Roma's, found out I got straight A's for the first term of my senior year, and had a sleepover (in separate beds of course) so that we could wake up early the next morning and wait in line at Cellcom so that I could be the first owner of the HTC Desire on Saturday! Whew, that was a lot. I've been busy.

But yeah, I was super happy to see Matty, and now he'll be back again in another two weeks for Thanksgiving! Hopefully it goes fast! I'm loving the new phone, especially being the last of my friends to get internet and picture messaging. That's been a ton of recapping so I'll end my rambling. Love you Matthew!)

(Do I look 18 yet? It's my birthday! Yay! It's been fun!

I went out to dinner with my family and we had a little cake and such. I got a couple of lovely little presents from my parents and Matty's family along with the endless cards from relatives. Thank you all so much! I absolutely adore my gifts... BUT my major gift, the new HTC Desire from Cellcom, was not released today as I had hoped. Frowny face. So I guess I'll have to wait a while longer!

(Today my grandparents, Erica, and I went over to our aunt and uncle's house for lunch to visit with our cousin's brand new baby boy. He is so happy and beautiful.

Now I'm finishing up some homework before I go to sell candy bars at the Packer game! It's been raining so hopefully it quits by the time my yearbook staff and I get out there. Wish us luck!

(My greatest apologies for yet another unexplained absence. Matty was in town a few weeks ago, and together we endured what will become one of the hardest things we've ever had to deal with in our lives. I've learned a lot in the time that he was here and the time since then, and I think I'm better for it. I love you Matty, your family loves you, and I will never leave.

That being said, life's been...distracting. I'm not busy, but I'm not without work. I'm not driven, but I'm not lazy. School is taking forever and it hurts to be away from my sweetheart for such great periods of time, especially now. The good news is that I'm getting some wonderful art accomplished and I'm quite happy about that.

Thanks for reading. I'm sorry about the funny face, apparently it's one that I often make when thinking.)
