So yeah, I totally failed to finish the VidCon series... I may get back to that at some point... but I have something even better now: Pictures of me with me wonderful niece and nephews.
I'll start with Emily. She's 17. Note the Weird Al tshirt. My family is cool like that, yo. :¬)
Pretending for a moment that they need any introduction at all, I shall tell you that this is Alex Day and Charlie McDonnell. I've already provided their links here: http://dailybooth.com/edi/6481316
This picture makes me both happy and sad. Happy because... well, I should think that would be obvious; I mean, HOLY CRAP, JUST LOOK AT ALL THE AWESOME PEOPLE!!... but sad because it came out really poorly. It's harder to tell in this small format (thank goodness) but it's really wobbly and out of focus. So yeah, I have a picture with Heather (http://www.youtube.com/faeryfaith & http://twitter.com/pinkpixiedf) and Karen (http://www.youtube.com/user/xperpetualmotion & http://twitter.com/karenkavett) (and Bill again, woot!) but it's sadly lacking in detail. :-(
Ok, ok, I'll tell the big secret from yesterday. My very favorite thing at VidCon? Seeing one of rockingest rockers and overall best human beings ever, Bill Martin (http://www.youtube.com/user/doctornoise & http://twitter.com/drnoise), play live. I've wanted it for a long time and I honestly can't think of many things that would have made me happier than this did. #beesknees
I'd post one of the actual singing pictures here except that (1) crappy lighting + crappy camera = crappy quality pictures, and (2) this picture makes me really, really happy. So I'll put those below.
The completely adorable Molly Lewis (http://www.youtube.com/user/sweetafton23 & http://twitter.com/Molly23), on whom I may have a small girl crush. (Ok maybe not, but I love her music a lot and she was super sweet to me even when I annoyingly fangirled all over her. So yeah. You could say I'm kind of crazy about her. :-) )
