    2 48" bungee cords, 1 36" bungee cord, 1 24" bungee cord is 'clotheslining' from my closet to a guitar hanger on the wall to hold the 36" bungee cord that the mic clip is hanging off of......which is being pulled in by a bent hanger attached to the handle of the table.

    Boomshakalaka!

    A quick update on 2012 so far:
    - lots of work
    - lots of schooling
    - songwriting again! (actually in the middle of recording/mixing right now)
    - re-arranged my room
    - got a raise
    - bought wall hangers, a humidifier, some hygrometers, and a bunch of other neat stuff to make my room work kind of like a studio/music store
    - got a used 360
    - grandma was being observed at the hospital for chest pressure but is now back home
    - dad just got fluid drained and tested from his lungs and is awaiting test results
    - girl scout cookies!
    - and normal cookies!
    - and I'm broke now

    2012 is looking to be a very eventful and troublesome year! Flying back home in 2 weeks to see my family for a day. Funny how even just a little joy and laughter can distract from the massive amounts of stress and frustrations in life.

    Why it certainly has been a while.
    Been pretty busy with work and all the new fancy things I have. Parents gave me a violin for Christmas, so I decided to pull out the money I had been saving for a double bass and bought myself a bunch of crap.
    Definitely 'twas nice of my family to drive all the way out here for Christmas lunch. They're pretty baller like that sometimes.

    It's my mom's birthday! Sadly, I am working. Hopefully we finish up quick and I'll at least see some fireworks on the way home or something.

    Got off of work, hung out with a friend for a little bit, and then started playing League of Legends. It is now officially morning(although it doesn't look like it outside).

    Strained my wrist drumming yesterday. Makes work really shitty. Always remember to stretch, folks.

    Also burned myself at work for the first time. The first of many, it seems like.


    It's beginning to look a lot like christmas.
    Favorite christmas song? I'd probably go with Man With The Bag or Little Saint Nick

    That....is a box of 50 donut holes. Well......was. Woke up super early on my day off, so I ended up watching MacGyver and getting breakfast with Dino. Pretty wiped out already from being sick and oversleeping though.

    My dad was in AZ, but we didn't get to hang. Lame

    Also just bought my friend's hybrid power combo amp. It's really nice having an amp again.

    I'm saving up to buy a new instrument to learn. Any suggestions?

    Today is not too bad. Getting sick, but I don't have to get to work early for carpool. Also found $6 in a pair of pants that I'm currently washing aaaaaaand the replacement saddles for my jag came in the post. Now I've got all of my cyber monday shopping in already.

    Played my ukulele last night for the first time in months. Great time.

    That's not bedhead. That's rain-and-wind-whilst-driving hair.

    Now it's time for shower, lunch, and work.

    haircut, new strings on all guitars(flat wounds for my jag), class, started new job, and wrote a song for the first time in a while. Pretty much the last 4 days right there. Oh, and a really random chicken and wine dinner with some friends.

    Drums and then work out later with a friend. The new sticks I got are almost naked. Absolutely love being able to feel the grain.

    Pretty tired right now. I should probably eat.

    Speaking of eating, I have no turkey and nowhere to go for Thanksgiving. Goal? Making the largest peanut butter, nutella, grilled cheese sandwich I can eat.

    managed to play drums for an entire uninterrupted hour today. Sweetness. Also got to play console games for the first time in something like a month.

    Now it's time to play instruments to friend's youtube videos because I'm in complete jam mode and I'm alone for the next hour or so.

    Kickback tonight. Getting shithoused tomorrow with a friend who recently called off an engagement

    Holy crap, I may have actually boothed 2 consecutive days.
