[1] Turkey salad; Tuscan-inspired garlic chicken; corn dog; raisin bread slice
[2] Library (finally!): "Museum of Thieves" by Lian Tanner; "Changeling" by Delia Sherman; "Bella at Midnight" by Diane Stanley; "Warrior Princess" by Frewin Jones
    [3] Memory card: found!

Not much has happened today (so far). It's been a warm, drowsy, uneventful day!

#Q: Do you think that the beauty standard, while clearly morphing over time, has anything to do with how people in different eras of time look?

People from the 1800s look different from the 1970s, which look different from today. I think that based on what is considered desirable in a partner, or at least who we end up having children with, would slowly but surely change the look of the people in different times. Just like natural selection, but with physical appearance.

    What do you think?

From left to right: Seth, me, Josh

[1] Oatmeal; sushi; fried shrimp; free candy taffy
[2] Left notes around the house in the middle of the night for people to discover in the morning
[3] Doctor's appointment. Diagnosis is that I'm really hilarious. Clearly. Oh and I'm not anemic nor do I have thyroid problems.
[4] Two occurrences of kindness from strangers: one where I was waiting outside the sushi place, kind of peeved, and a group of people came over and said, "Hey, did you want to come in and get sushi with us?" I really wanted new friends, but I had already ate and I wanted to get their numbers, but I was shy and Seth went the opposite way, so Josh followed, and so I chickened out because sometimes I'm not good at that. The second occurrence was a woman who Seth let borrow his phone offered us her leftovers at the seafood place since she didn't eat a whole plate of it. We declined, but it was nice of her.
[5] Old Sacramento: really amazing costume shop that had something for everyone and everything for me; unofficial fandom cookbooks, hipster alcoholic rings, cool journals, rubber tentacle finger puppets, and a whole section of bacon-related merchandise that reminded me instantly of @flyingthesky.
[6] Got two headband things that are quite nice.
[7] Someone may have wolf-whistled at me. We're not entirely convinced it wasn't for Seth.

#Q: What was the last thing that you bought/someone bought for you that you really liked?

[1] Got to be in the VW Bus again today!
    [2] Starbucks; KFC; brownies; bacon
[3] Laughed a lot at Seth and Charlie playing songs at the latter's house; "Minnie's Puppies" and one about a happy little tree were my favorites
[4] Found out my boyfriend is going to be shipped out to the air force a lot sooner than I expected and it makes me very sad; I don't know when he'll be back; I'm trying this new thing where I try to let things roll off my back and not give up on life over every upset
[5] Seth got his dream job as a pastry chef in a place an hour and a half away; I'll see him more than Josh (the boyfriend); I'm glad I'm not losing them both all at once
[6] "Boston Market *has* to be a front for something. No one's ever been there and no one ever comes out." | "There's a person in there." | "Yeah. A /drug/ /lord/." <3

[1] Goodwill: scarf; jean shorts; shirt mentioned in last booth
[2] In N' Out: hamburger; animal style; strawberry milkshake; fries
[3] Cut some roses the other day; they're in a vase now; happened upon a creepy translucent-white spider under the beautiful big red one
    [4] Reading some books
[5] Went to the river the other day; collected some stones; saw some pretty flowers; wandered through amazing trails, mossy logs, a theater-like set up of logs and an old campfire site; lovely flowers; someone saw a deer, but not me

#Q: What is something you have done lately that is interesting? If you think nothing, make something up (but if it's made up, end it with: [x], so I know :D)

    I got these earphones today.

    They're owls.

I also watched (I use this word loosely. Seth, Charlie, and I ended up being very chatty because they'd both seen it and I didn't care for it, but Josh was annoyed because he wanted to hear.) a weird movie called, "Brazil," today.

    I spilled drinks, as usual.

I picked out copious amounts of yogurt.

We went shopping at the Goodwill and I got a shirt that I'll wear tomorrow that you'll see if I remember to booth.

Josh got some pants and they left the sensor on. When we got home, he got a silly idea that he should try to undo it (and I cautioned against), and it inked all over his new swim shorts that were really great, but that he now he has to return.

Turns out Charlie's not ace and also looked really sexy when he had no mustache.

It seems that I always emphasize on Charlie. Charlie is not my boyfriend. Josh is. Although it'd be more likely you'd mix that up for Seth, since he's the one I cuddle with on couches and make the most sexual innuendos at when we all hang out.

At a friend's house. To the left is Josh, my boyfriend. In the center is Josh, not my boyfriend, but the boyfriend of the other Rebekah. It's kind of hilarious.

Also here are Nick, Tommy, Seth, Melvin, and Steven.

I'm watching movies on my computer while they play board games, WoW, LoL, and attempt to simultaneously ETHICALLY ACQUIRE Starcraft and Game of Thrones.

Sorry, you guys; missed a day.

Yesterday I got driven around with Josh, Seth, and Charlie in a VW Bus and it was so amazing. Charlie bought it when it was basically a shell with a working engine, but no doors, no bench, no front seats, and he fixed it all up. It's his baby. I'm so happy it exists. I never want to be driven in anything else ever again. It made me so happy.

    Hello, peoples.

I don't understand cruel people. I wish I could just leave those kinds of people behind in life, but they pop up so much more frequently on the internet. They aren't even trolls, they're just assholes and bullies.

Bet you can't guess where I am.

For those of you keeping up, I'm now in Sacramento, at my boyfriend's house. I don't ever have to go back. I'm home. I finally have a real family who will make sure I'm okay.

    Things I'm starting to learn:

    1. Those who love you will never see you as a burden.
    2. I don't have to apologize, be tormented, and feel terrible about myself for mistakes.

My sister yet again told me to kill myself and I've had no food for three days except what I ate, which ended up being hers and I didn't know. She told me I should rid the world of myself for "mooching off them." We both live with our parents. My parents do nothing to stop she and her boyfriend abusing me. I was done. I couldn't take another day of starvation, isolation, and abuse.

My boyfriend and his family are driving from a state away to finally take me away forever.

    I'm never coming back.
