I am old. OK you can see that duh. I don't know when it happened. One day I was young and laughing and living like there was no tomorrow. Then one terrible, awful morning I woke up - looked in a mirror - and I was OLD!!!

It happens to everyone - unless you die young. And it always happens without being noticed. One day you are going to be at your prom then you will wake up and you are graduating from college. It keeps happening - a teenager then a college grad then you hit your 30's and try to convince yourself you are still young. But it keeps happening - after all you must sleep. Sleep age and deny the truth - 40 is old. Ohhh if only I could have stopped sleeping - if only the years didn't pass by so fast - if only life didn't slip away so gradually that you don't notice. So many regrets and so much not done.

So yes I am old (older than 40 but younger than 60 lol) I know it all too well. But old isn't dead and it doesn't automatically mean perv or creap. Old just means not dead and full of regrets. Damn!!!! It is almost time to sleep again! What will the mirror have waiting for me? Does it matter - I try to have a young heart and friendship for everyone. Maybe I should throw all of my mirrors away - that may just work hahaha.

Enjoy every minute of every day - don't let a single second slip away. And don't look in mirrors when you wake up lol.
