DBers with dermatitis or eczema: what do you do to keep yourself from itching or breaking out? I have very severe dermatitis on my arm that isn't showing; I'd love to hear any natural remedies you might have.

just so everyone knows, I did go to my dermatologist and have medicine! I'm just curious if anyone knows any natural remedies.
