    The padres left today for a month, so for now it is just my sister, the dogs, and I. Been feeling a little off today, so much going on in my head, and yet not that much going on in my life in the immediate moment. I have things I can occupy my time with, but today, I just felt no motivation to do anything, which isn't a usual trait for me, as usually I consistently keep myself busy, even if it's doing not-so-important things like watching TV shows.

    A bit of a flashback to January of this year, this afternoon I picked cherries, however this time at home for free, instead of at a cherry orchard in New Zealand for $14 an hour. But, I will get rewarded with cherry cobbler for dessert!

    Other things:
    1. Been watching Game of Thrones like crazy, already halfway through season 2, I suppose I'll be caught up by tomorrow.
    2. Speaking of tomorrow, starting tomorrow for four weeks, the house will be to my sister and I.
    3. Glee season finale tonight.

    Notes for Monday, May 21.

    1. Didn't know how to booth, so I boothed with Zelda chasing her tail.
    2. Got my debit card from my new bank today.
    3. Watched 3 episodes of Game of Thrones today, getting into it.
    4. The Padres leave for Europe in 2 days.

    Baby birds are so cute, this one is another juvenile grackle. This year is a record number for birds in our yard there are probably at least 100 baby birds/eggs in our yard at the moment (not an exaggeration), but with that also comes many dead ones, within the last few days I've counted at least 10 different dead baby birds laying around various nests and parts of my yard. My guess is this one is too young and will probably die too (sad).

    Nothing too special to say about today, it was a day mostly spent inside (and at the moment it is raining, so I've been in for good reason. I watched 50/50 with Stef this morning, and just now watched an episode of Game of Thrones (which I started a few days back). Other than that been working on the games on and off all day.

    Callie! She's getting old and I think she has gotten to the point where she doesn't even care if you shower her with the hose or stick cameras in her face. She isn't aging as gracefully as her sister, Zelda is.

    Tonight, my padres, my sister, and I went to visit some parental friends for dinner and conversation, they wanted to know about Stef and the travels, so that was fun.

    2. I got a bit done on the game, not much. I have all these ideas, but no time to settle down and work on it.

    Notes for Wednesday, May 16.

    1. (Above) My new geocaching ring, in which I traded a Timon bobblehead for (which I had traded a gnome for in another geocache). 6 geocaches discovered today.
    2. Laundry was done today, first time in about 4 weeks.
    3. Speaking of 4 weeks, 1 week until the parents are gone in about 4 weeks in Europe.
    4. Set up a bank account finally.

    Sometimes geocaches can be in tricky spots such as under a box around the light poles. Today marks the first time I wasn't able to find a geocache, so I ended up only get 2 out of the 3 today.

    I weeded in the afternoon, and other than that, not much to say.

    Another day of geocaching (there'll probably be quite a few of geocache booths this summer), the locations and caches were better than yesterday. This one was a cache within a box and to get to the cache you had to push the jet forward and then you sign the log. Of the other caches, the first one was located in a beautiful rural woods with just enough sunlight shining through and it looked untouched, very beautiful. Then the other geocache was located in a small rural cemetery.

    Other things:
    1) Another mowing Monday, mowed the lawn all afternoon.
    2) Found a 2-3 inch long spider on the street only to notice its body was covered with at least one hundred baby spiders all crawling around on it (photo in the comments).
    3) Smash season finale tonight. :]
