It's Friday of exam week, so that's a perfectly good excuse/explanation.
Just had my last Maths test for a while (if I passed, that is)
Seriously can't wait to get back my results so I know what I might have to resit / redo next semester.
I've gone from pretty much straight-A student in high school to "as long as I pass everything's fine" to "please omg please let me pass!" now that I'm at uni.
I'm not sure how I feel about this.
I'm in study-Starbucks. And it's quite nice minus
- the kids next to me being loud and annoying
- the fact that this store never manages to keep their lobby clean.
Also studying isn't really happening so I think I'll just give up and become a hobo selling newspapers on the underground.
- Had a lovely Christmas back home. Hope you had a lovely Christmas, too!
- Wearing all this cause this one of the 6 cars of the train has no heating. It's rather chilly.
- PEOPLE NEED TO SHUT UP. Seriously, this train situation has made me want to punch people in the face. There are some spare seats in heated parts of the train, train staff has actively asked everyone if they want them to get them a seat, so everyone in here has been repeatedly asked if we're really absolutely fine with being chilly.
That old guy says he wants to stay here, then starts to rant about how this is typical for the Austrian railway (this is a Polish train) and how everyone's useless and how the youth are blocking off seats in the rest of the train (which they are not). I asked him why he didn't accept any of the offers to be shown a seat and he's just like "We should go to war with Poland again instead of taking their rubbish trains." "Those young people, I'm sure they have one of those discounted tickets, too!" or "So typical, trains never work and we're paying taxes for this shit."
- Watched the DW Christmas special and I loved it!
Back to Vienna in a bit, back to work in a couple of hours, back to normal life!
