As I sit here munching my lunch (Cheese and cucumber roll yum) I am listening to The Scripts new album 'Science & Faith'.
On this album is a song called 'Exit Wounds'. The band describe the meaning of the song as being "When a person enters your life, they enter with a small point at the front of your body, and generally when they leave, they leave you with a massive gaping exit wound on your back"
It's an interesting concept, and I cant help but think its right. Many people have come into my life with a small significance but when they leave its like they have taken my arms away with them.
Aggggh The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is such a drag to watch, not looking forward to watching the 4 hours of "The Return of the King"
Any ways, Work was OK today, quite busy, didn't help that we were very short staffed though.
Tomorrow I have a day off which I feel I might have to spend some of it with my Grandmother... I like her and all, but sometimes she just really annoys me. Plus she treats me like a 4 year old.
Question: What's your occupation? Failing that, got any annoying relatives?
So much for becoming a better boother, that lasted all of a day
My parents have gone on holiday, so i have the house to myself for the next 10 days :D its interesting but i do think i will be lonely by next week :( Thank god i have a few days working
i have decided to try and become a better boother :) so from today the 15th of July i shall booth daily (lets see how long this lasts)
Thanks to the loverly @HeavenlyCharm i have to do 25 facts AND a mini bio about myself. Today i shall tackle the 25 facts :)
1. I'm Sam Alexander Ranns, 18 years old, 6 foot 4.5 inches tall,
2. Pictured above is my main place in this house. its where my PS3 is and i spend far too much time there.
3. I currently work at Waitrose Supermarket.
4. I sometimes have very weird dreams, including one where the former British boy band "Busted" murdered me... I have no clue what caused this dream :/
5. My favourite TV shows are Dexter, Criminal Minds, Glee, Top Gear and Friends.
6. I dont have a favourite type of music. I tend to listen to lots of different things over the course of a week.
7. The past 8 months have been the most life changing 8 months that has ever happened to me.
8. In those 8 months i have travelled to America twice by myself and gone through spine correction surgery.
9. I had a condition called scoliosis, which is basically a curved spine. A normal adults spinal curve is something like 20 to 40 degrees. Mine was about 86 degrees. Now its at 40 degrees :) Very happy with the results.
10. Later on in life i would love to be a police officer.
11. The real dream is to be an FBI profiler, just like the criminal minds people, but im not sure the FBI like Brit officers
12. I like to say i have a good sense of humour, nothing makes me happier then being the reason people laugh :)
13. Last Saturday i had a very boozy night out, consuming a pint of beer, vodka and coke, a pint of Pimms, a bottle of Rose Wine, and a bottle of cherry sours :) it was a very good night
14. I would love to own an iPad, but im not going to fork out the money for one, and i would call anyone who bought me one stupid.
15. i drive a nice 1999 Vauxell Astra, she is my baby, even if she is gettign on a bit
16. I owe a lot of my online life to @buckhollywood if it wasnt for him i would never of met a lot of these amazing people.
