this was from my catering exam today,
left- herb crusted lamb cutlets with roasted baby potatoes, courgettes, shallots and vine tomatoes with a pea and mint puree.
right- bourbon biscuit base, with raspberry mousse, white chocolate, with a raspberry and fruit coulis and chocolate swirly on plate :P
