    - Slow day at the apartment.
    - Tried to make chocolate waffles, but they were coming out of the waffle maker section by section in pieces. Still tasted good.
    - Flushed the fishy and recorded a video. Should have it up mid-week.
    - Off to set up for and see Atlas Sound.

    Things:
    - Pretty good day overall.
    - Cinema department meeting was interesting, but I'm graduating in May and I'm minoring, so what was discussed isn't too big of an impact for me.
    - Got through next week's CDs at the station, as well as picked up a form for show slotting. I think something mid-week would be nice ... or maybe just stick with Fridays, but earlier in the day.
    - Chicken tacos turned out pretty good! ^_^
    - Awkward face for the fishy who seems to be just floating there still. 21 flush salute to come tomorrow. Oh, and also for the noises that are coming from down the hall. Either the walls are thin or maybe I should just close my door. XD

    Not the best of days. Maybe it'll repeat and things will go better.

    Things:
    - Good time in American Humor and Film Noir. Rewatched "Maltese Falcon" in the latter. Discussion of portrayals of masculinity, femininity, and gender roles was ... interesting? Yeah, interesting. XD
    - Won this betta fish at a "100 Days Until Graduation" event thingy, but I think changing the water killed him. XP
    - Also realized in the late afternoon that the TARDIS charm somehow slipped off its little ring ... and the ring slipped off the necklace while I was backtracking to find the charm. XP Guess I need to contact the seller ...
    + But I did meet with my Independent Study professor. And I also applied for my degree. Just need to pick which commencement time ...
    + And my mom is going to order the phone and have it sent up to me. ^_^

    Things:
    - Good but busy-ish day.
    - Drove Brian to two craft-y stores so he could get some supplies for stage make-up.
    - Missed my Noir prof's guest lecture on "Maltese Falcon", but I'll just ask him before/after class tomorrow how it went.
    - Got through the rest of the CDs that came in over break and got them all moved into the record library, along with a handful of things for next week. Also moved a buttload of CDs onto the shelves. Such a good feeling.
    - Theater group pitch meeting went well. Pitched "Odd Couple", "Dog Sees God", and "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels". Looks like "The Nerd" and "Zombie Prom" are the straight show and musical, but "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" was the second-place straight show.

    Things:
    - Got through probably half of what I brought up with me yesterday. Going to try and get through this week's stuff before tackling next week's (and a few future items) tomorrow/Thursday.
    - Good first two classes. Ahead on Youth and Subculture because of Clockwork. Goal: all of Huck Finn for American Humor by Tuesday. Actually, myself and a few classmates accepted the unofficial challenge of reading all the books for American Humor. XD
    - Good day otherwise. Unusually warm for the end of January.

    I usually don't bring my work home, but when I do ...

    Things:
    - Spent a good deal of the afternoon into the early evening dealing with music stuff, namely cataloging the opened mail and the mail that came in today, along with digital tunage.
    - Brought roughly 100 CDs back up to work on. Most of them came in over the break and most of what I brought back needs to be in the new bin back at the station by early next week, if not sooner. So I've got my work cut out for me on that front. XD
    - Caught up with some HVZ people and a bunch of station people, which was all very nice.
    - Good episode of "Alcatraz".

    Things:
    - Forgot to show these yesterday. It was Ryan's birthday gift to me. I think he's my best friend now. XD Hell, I've known him since freshman year and we don't live too far away when we're home and we hang out here and there outside of college and we're quite into movies ... so, yeah, I think we're besties or something. XD Haven't had a bestie in a long time.
    - Shopping run with Ryan and Kevin late in the day. Got a whole bunch of communal stuff ... including a pie plate because I want to make chocolate pecan pie soon.
    - Found out who opened the mail (one of the two Tech Directors and a member of my department; also a local/townie) and e-mailed back and forth a bit about it. Going to meet up to discuss the music-y things with him this week.
    - Watched the pilot of "Luck". Interesting start, but then again, I'm not all too into gambling and all, but it should provide a good dramatic background. And it's also got Hoffman, Farina, Nolte, Kind ... and Gambon will be on soon.

    Things:
    - So from the looks of it ... I'm back at uni! Got a bunch of posters to unroll and put up, among other things. And a general run-through of cleaning the apartment. And clean up the spots on the bathroom ceiling. XP
    - Good drive up in a bit of a packed car, but I had a nice running conversation with Ryan in the front. Alyssa was quiet in the back. XD
    - Went to a small wine and cheese party hosted by a station member for other station members, so it was nice catching up with people and talking about our respective breaks and movies and that sort of stuff. Good times.
    - Found out that all my mail at the station had been opened already. I must find who did this and ask them "Why?!" ... Namely, "Why didn't you contact me first? There were papers that have important information about some of the CDs ..." ... Yeah ... hey, it's addressed to me, so check with me first. XP
    - I think it's off to play Portal 2 Co-Op with Ryan. ^_^ And then maybe some Downton Abbey.

    Things:
    - Finished up season 1 of "Downton Abbey". Pretty good character drama. Got 3 episodes of season 2 on the DVR. Might as well delete them and watch as the episodes are posted on PBS's website. Or watch the three episodes before catching Sunday's episode.
    - No luck with Springsteen tickets. XP
    - Good episode of "Fringe" tonight. Catching up on the 2nd episode of "The Fades". The rest are going to have to wait until I'm home on spring break (DVR is set up), unless I can find them elsewhere. XD
    - Family friends over for dinner, which was nice.

    Got a new hat. Well, got it yesterday, but exchanged it for a better size. Should be quite warm and fuzzy, but that's evident.

    Things:
    - Took care of some errands today and managed to get "The Machinist" and "Michael Clayton" from the library. Finished "Clayton". I think I'll rip "Machinist" to watch in my spare time. Along with all the other movies I have waiting. XD
    - Belated birthday dinner out with the family was nice. Phone plans are moving forward. Oh, right, I didn't mention that yet. The parents are getting me a new phone. I've had my eyes on it a while ... more when that develops.
    - Finally watched the first episode of "Game of Thrones". Liking it ... again, not quite how I imagined some aspects, but that's how adaptations are. Everyone imagines things differently.
