So much stuff to talk about and I'm about to walk out the door! Gah! I'll do my best to mention everything and everyone.

1) Great first week of classes.

    See, I was waiting for the picture after the birthday to profess my birthdays wishes. I never imagined it would take so long :P jk jk. It's all chill. Happy Birthday and all the goodness that comes with being 20 ( I love this number, and I really I am not looking forward to my 21st )

    Dude I'm jealous. I just need to see Up in the air. I just love the new roles of George Clooney. Sadly, most of my friends keep refusing because they think it's crappy. But seeing it alone is so.. lonely ;) Mah. Maybe I'll just make some of my friends go. They'll love it eventually right?

    How come your hand looks so normal while mine was all fuzzy and weird and out of this world like. I'm jealous at your hand :D

    RIP Salinger I was surprised and I don't think he wrote that many. One of those writers who either have a hit that they never equal OR they have one and just reclusive.

    BUT A TRUE GENIUS HAS THE RIGHT TO DO WHAT THEY want.

    @thatsthewayitgoes His two published works that I know of were "Catcher in the Rye" (which I read in high school) and "Fanney and Zooey" (a short story collection, I think). True.
    @kisswithatear :D I'm definitely not planning on having a show between 12 and 4 in the morning. That's, like, murder.

    @crimsong19 There's a episode of "Frasier" where he and Niles try to convince their favorite reclusive author to help them or something. I'm sure the character was based on writers like him.

    We really lost two great minds this week! :(

    Howard Zinn's book, 'A People's History Of The United States', is still one of the most eye-opening books I've read. And who hasn't read and been influenced by 'A Catcher In The Rye?'

    @br1an_h1ll Indeed! I read chapters of it for my AP US History class in 11th grade. And I got my copy signed by Zinn when he spoke on campus in November 2008.
