a dream
simple and complex
like the haiku of our mind
it drives us to succeed
in order to feel it
grasp it
understand it
love it
make it
show it
find it
we must first dream it
our subconscious soul first needs to realize the outcome
before it proceeds to achieve it
we as a modern people have forgotten the dream
we claim to have them night by night
but we have lost the ability to search deeper into our minds
and grasp the true meaning of what our nights show us
we fail to understand and it is destroying our very earth
it is not the oil
or the money
or the wars
or the religion
that destroys our world day by day
it is our inability to follow our dreams as a race
we've become so frightened at what the outcome of our actions may be
that we hide from what we truly desire
the human by nature is curious
but we hide our curiosity
for what?
money?
is this what we really want?
or is it what our mind and soul is settling for?
what kind of world do we leave for our children?
we leave them a world without dreams
without desire
without soul.

To save the world from its many problems
We must first truly dream that it can be done
