Yesterday, I graduated from college. I now have my BSW, which is a Bachelor's of Social Work.

One life goal achieved. Now the big question: what should I do next? Who knows!

Hello, everyone!

I don't even remember the last time I boothed, but here I am! Yesterday, I bought my first car - a smart car! I think it was a wise decision. (har de har har.) I really do like my car and it is really very roomy on the inside. Most people think it's going to be pretty small on the inside, but it's actually very comfortable. It's also incredibly easy to drive and the gas mileage is amazing. (You can't beat amazing gas mileage.) Overall, I'm very happy with my decision.

As for the rest of my life, I still work at the LEGO store. (I have no idea if I ever mentioned that before, but there it is.) I'm also in my last semester of college and I'm doing a full time internship at AIDS Services of Austin. I love my internship - it's excellent.

Other than that, my life is probably pretty boring. I'm usually tired, so I go to sleep pretty early. I've been trying to make time to read. I'm currently reading The Magicians by Lev Grossman. It's great so far; I'm really enjoying it. (And @ThisPaperLife recommended it to me!) I'm also building all sorts of LEGO sets. Currently, it's the Pet Shop, which is my all-time favorite. It's going to look so pretty once I'm finished.

Anyway, just thought I should check in every great once in a while. I hope all of you are doing well. Oh, and bonus pictures in the comments!

Today, I cut my hair short. You can't tell, but it's also a little shorter in the back. I really like it. I feel like I look more grown-up. I was just really tired of long hair. I’ve had long hair basically my entire life. It’s old and boring. I am really glad I took this leap and just went for it. It was definitely worth it. Oh, and I donated my hair to Locks of Love.

Also today, I ran the Capitol 10K. :]

Today, I ran the Austin Half Marathon! (That's 13.1 miles!) It was my first one. I finished in two hours, 36 minutes. (That's about an 11-12 minute mile pace.) I wasn't the fastest, but I wasn't the slowest, either. I was pretty proud of myself because I did way better than I had expected. I only walked about a combined total of a mile, if that. I did way better than @br1an_h1ll expected! He thought I was going to finish an hour after I did. (What a poop head.)

Oh, the picture is dark because we got there at 5 a.m. We're crazy.

Overall, I feel pretty proud of myself and really accomplished. Next goal - run a full marathon!

(What is this - two booths so soon after one another? I must be getting a life!)

(Late) Birthday Booth!

Yesterday, I turned 21! I went out to dinner at a restaurant called BJ's with @br1an_h1ll and my friend, Ryan. Afterward, we watched Step Brothers. It was pretty great.

I also received a very lovely birthday card from @Lemonlily74! Thank you so much, Jenn. I loved it. :]

I have not boothed since June. JUNE.

So, at the frequent request of @jimbonius AND @dechtu, I am finally boothing. Oh, and I have news, too. :]

I HAVE AN iPHONE 4! :D I decided to buy one on a whim today and it was a pretty excellent decision. Look in the comments for pictures of my wallpaper and lock screen.

I'm sure there's lots of other news, too. School is crazy and I cannot wait for it to be over. I just have to make it through this next week and then I'll be good, but it is going to be a freakin' crazy week.

That's about all I can think to type up for now because my brain is pretty dead. How unfortunate because I only have a million essays to write.

@OlivertheCat jumped on my back so he could sit on my shoulder and eat my ear/hair. Crazy cat.

Today, I actually ventured out of the apartment! I went to get some post cards and I went to Half Price Books. (I picked up a book, too!) Then I came home and watched Glee! I'm so excited for the season finale next Tuesday!!

Now I'm just hanging out. Let's chat! S'il te plaît? :]

My eyes are really green today.

I haven't done much lately except clean and play with @OlivertheCat. He likes to make messes and sleep curled up in my lap.

It's June tomorrow. This year just keeps flying by. My summer class starts a week from today. Not exactly looking forward to it, but it'll give me something to do.

I think you should tell me something about your day. Or tell me a story. Basically, tell me anything. (I'm pretty bored and lonely and it'll be that way for the rest of this week. [Man, this turned out to be a very not so exciting booth. The picture is so misleading haha.])

Recently, @rastrosus tagged me in the ten facts thing, so I'm (finally) getting around to doing it! I'm going to post them in the comments individually because I took a picture to go along with each one of them. (I tried to make it a little more interesting haha since I don't booth so often nowadays.)

I'm thinking of making @OlivertheCat a 12seconds so I can post some videos of his crazy antics. What do y'all think? Would you be interested in seeing that? (Even if no one is, I'll probably still do it haha, just for my own enjoyment.)

Not much else has been going on in my life. Just hanging around with Oliver and doing not much of anything. Since I have nothing else to say, enjoy the 10 facts! :]

Today is #TowelDay. Do you know where YOUR towel is? ;]

In addition to my towel, I also have my pajamas AND my robe on! I'm ready for anything the Universe has to throw at me.

In life news:
1) @OlivertheCat is going to the vet tomorrow. I'm pretty sure he has an eye infection and he might possibly have a cold. Poor kitty. :c In good news, I bought him a bed today and he absolutely LOVES it. He's been laying in it all day. Best $9 I've ever spent. :]
2) Oliver also broke my headphones, so I had to go buy some new ones. Oh, well. Kittens will be kittens.
3) I wasn't getting some of my mail, so I had to resolve that. It's all fixed now, though!
4) @br1an_h1ll leaves for St. Louis on Thursday. He'll be gone for a week. At least I have Oliver to keep me company.
5) I took care of everything I have to do for summer school! Now I just have to wait until it starts. (I'm taking Economics. and it starts June 7th.)
