Wow. Around here I have to wait until the day of Halloween to carve my punkins. It's too warm, they just rot overnight otherwise. (Last year I carved them the night before and they were already soggy & deflating by dusk Halloween.)

Well, at the moment it's 55 here. (Bizarre cold snap - was 83 yesterday.) But we're supposed to be back up to the mid-80's in the next couple of days. So yeah, I'd rather just wait and avoid the pumpkin ooze inside the house. :)

@pure_kitsch We have a LOT of kids in our neighborhood, so I'm gonna need a lot of candy. And I've learned from experience the local drug stores sell out quickly this week.
